Pork Chops Marinated In Beer

6 pork chops
1/2 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
1/4 table spoon ground Allspice
8 cloves garlic minced
1/3 table spoon dill
1/2 table spoon parsley
1/2 bottle beer (St.Paul Girl dark recommended)
1/3 cup olive oil

3 table spoon Mayo (Kraft recommended)
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard (Maille recommended)
1cup mushrooms sliced
1 medium size onion chopped

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 30-35 min per pound at 350°F (always well done)

Wash meat. Sprinkle with salt and all spices, garlic, dill, parsley. Place chops in oiled Pyrox pan and pour beer on top Turn chops several times in beer marinade. Spread topping. Cover with foil and cook in the oven at 350°F 30-35 min per pound.

For best results marinate for 2-4 hours or overnight.
