Pork Baked In White Wine With Irina’s Sauce

2 pounds pork chops
1/4 table spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon ground black pepper
1/4 tea spoon ground All spice
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
2-3 Bay leaves
5-8 cloves garlic sliced
1 cup white wine
1 medium size carrots chopped
1/2 cups mushrooms
1 large onion chopped
Paprika to taste

2 table spoons Ranch dip
2 table spoon Duck sauce (Mikee recommended)
1/2 tea spoon Old style Dijon mustard (Maille recommended

Preparation time: 10 min
Baking time: 2.5 hours at 350°F

Wash pork. Sprinkle salt, peppers and spices on both sides of pork
Place meat into baking pan. Pour white wine on top. Spread Irina’s sauce on all sides. Add carrots, onion, garlic, mushrooms and paprika on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover with foil and bake for 70 min in preheated oven at 350°F
Serve hot or cold.
