Turkey Meatballs In Duck Sauce

2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium size onions
10-12 garlic cloves
1/2 table spoons salt
1/4 table spoons ground black pepper
1/4 table spoons ground all-spices
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
1 table spoons fresh dill chopped
2 large eggs
1/2 loaf Italian or French bread
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 cup flour all purpose
3 cups duck sauce
1 cup water

Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 30-40 min

Soak bread in milk for 2-5 min. Grind onion, garlic and bread in the machine. Add salt, pepper, parsley, dill and eggs. Mix well and roll out balls 3-4 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in flour for complete coverage. Place meatballs on hot skillet and fry them in olive oil for 2 min on each side.
Pour water and duck sauce in large saucepan. Bring to boil and add meatballs. Cook for 20-25 min

OPTIONAL: You can add chopped potatoes to meatballs and cook together.
