6 pork chops
1/2 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
1/4 table spoon ground Allspice
1/3 table spoon dill
1/2 table spoon parsley
3 large eggs
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs (Progresso recommended)
1/3 cup olive oil

Cooking time: 20-30 min
In medium size bowl beat eggs with fork. Add dill and parsley ? tea spoon of each.
Wash meat. Sprinkle with salt and all spices, dill, parsley. Place each chops in egg mixture and then into bread crumbs to cover chops completely on both sides. Immediately start frying on oiled and preheated nonstick skillet for 3-4 min on each side.
Serve with saute mushrooms
