Pork Ribs Marinated In Beer

4 pounds prime ribs
2 medium size onions chopped
10 cloves garlic chopped
2 table spoon parsley
1/2 table spoon dill
1/2 table spoon salt
2 table spoon sugar
4 bay leaves
1/2 tea spoon ground Allspice
1/2 tea spoon ground black pepper
1 cup dark beer (St.Pauli Girl recommended
1 cup tomato sauce (Newman’s own –tomato & roasted garlic recommended)
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet baby Ray’s recommended)
Olive oil

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 100 min

Wash meat and place into olive oil greased pan. Sprinkle meat with salt, black pepper, parsley and dill. Add carrots, onion, garlic and dark beer. Turn meat a few times in this marinate. Spread tomato mixture on top of meat. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for 1hour 30min at 350°F.
You successfully could grill this prime ribs as usual.

Tomato mix: 1 cup tomato sauce, 1/3 cup barbecue sauce and sugar

Serve hot with rice or mash potato
