Chicken Brest Stuffed With Tangerines

2 pounds chicken breast fillet split lengthwise
1/3 table spoon salt
1/5 table spoon ground Allspice
1/5 table spoon ground black pepper
1/2 table spoon parsley
1/3table spoon dill
1 medium size onion chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1/3 olive oil
1/3 white wine
2 table spoon Mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard recommended)

1 can drain tangerines

Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time: 50 min

Wash meat. Sprinkle with salt and all spices and garlic on both sides. Lightly grease Pyrex form with olive oil. Pour olive oil and wine on top of meat. Soak meat in marinate on both sides. For best result marinated for 2-3 hours or overnight. Mix mayo and mustard. Spread mixture over meat on both sides. Place feeling on longest side and roll. Spread onions on top. Cover with foil. Bake 50 min at 350°F

Serve hot or cold.
