Chicken Stew With Prunes & Vegetables

Ingredients
18 chicken drums (or 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast or chicken thigh sliced in 2-3 inch)
1.5 table spoons Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1/3table spoon salt
3 bay leaves
2 table spoon Parsley
1 table spoon Dill
2 tea spoon sugar
8-10 whole Allspice
8-10 whole Black Pepper
2 medium size fresh tomato peeled and chopped
8-10 moist pitted prunes (Sun sweet recommended)
1 large onion sliced
1 leak chopped
2 medium size carrots chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1/3 of red wine (Kindzmarauli recommended)
Optional: a few pieces of rye bread (without crust)

Timing
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 60 min

Directions
Wash chicken meat.
Place sliced onion on the bottom of large pot. Add chopped carrot and place chicken drums on top. Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer on small/ medium heat for 30 min. Add all dry spices. After 10 min add tomatoes, garlic, wine, leak, prunes, sugar and rye bread.
Cook for another 20 min.
