Chicken Wings Cassis In Tomato Sauce

2 pounds chicken wings
1 large onion sliced
6-8 cloves fresh garlic chopped
2 medium size carrots peeled and chopped
1/2 table spoon salt
3 bay leaves
4-5 whole Allspice
5-5 whole black pepper
1/3 cup blackcurrant cassis
2 table spoon parsley
1 table spoon dill
4 cups water


2/3 Jar Tomato-Mushroom sauce
1 tea spoon sugar

Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time: 65 min

Wash chicken wings. Place onions rings on the bottom of large pot and place wings on top and filled with water. Add carrots and bring to the boiling point. Simmer on medium heat for 25 min. Add salt, spices, cassis, tomato sauce, sugar, parsley, dill and garlic. Continue to cook for another 35-40 min
Serve with mash potato or rice.
