Chicken Stew With Ocra

4 pounds chicken thigh (or chicken breast sliced)
2 large onions sliced
3 medium size carrots chopped
1 medium size leak sliced
7 garlic cloves chopped
2 large peeled fresh tomato
1 cup sauté mushrooms (Get recipe in Salads, Pate and Vegetable section)
1/2 juice fresh lemon
2 table spoon Prodravka(Vegeta recommended)
1 tea spoon Dijon Mustard-old style (Maille recommended)
1 table spoon sugar
1/3 table spoon salt
2 bay leaves
10 whole Allspice
10whole black pepper
2/3 pound ocra chopped
1 can whole Kernel corn

Preparation Time: 20 min
Cooking Time: 60 min

Place sliced onion on the bottom of the pot. Add chopped carrots and lay chicken meat on top, Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 min. Add Prodravka, salt, sugar, bay leave, pepper, lemon juice mustard. Simmer for another 15 min. Add leak, tomato, ocra, corn and cook for 15 min.
