Honey Lemon Stew With Corn

12 chicken drums
1 large onion
2 large carrots chopped
2 fresh tomatoes peeled and chopped
6 cloves garlic
2 table spoon Parsley
3 Bay leaves
6-8 whole Allspice
6-8 whole Black Pepper
1.5 table spoons Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1/3 table spoon Salt
6 table spoons honey
Juice 1/2 fresh lemon
1 can drain corn
1 tea soon Dijon Mustard – old style (Mille recommended)
4 moist pitted prunes (Sunsweet recommended)
2 tea spoon sugar if needed

Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time 75 min

Wash meat.
Place sliced onion on the pot bottom. Add chopped carrots and place chicken drums on top. Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 min and then add all dry spices. 15min latter add honey, lemon juice, garlic, prunes, corn, tomatoes and mustard. Cook for another 30min
