Turkey Cutlets With Onion And Garlic

5 pounds turkey breasts or 5 pounds ground turkey
2 medium size onions
10-12 garlic cloves
11/2 table spoons salt
1/2 table spoons ground black pepper
1/3 table spoons ground all-spices
2-3 table spoon fresh parsley chopped
2 table spoons fresh dill chopped
4 large eggs
1 loaf Italian or French bread
2/3 cup 2 % milk
3 cups Italian bread crumbs (Progresso recommended)

Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 45- 60 min

Wash turkey breasts and put them through the grinder. Soak bread in milk for 2-5 min. Grind onion, garlic and bread in the machine. Add salt, pepper, parsley, dill and eggs. Mix well and roll out balls 3-4 inch in diameter. Roll each ball in bread crumbs for complete coverage, press on top with another hand to make oval shape cutlet. Place cutlets on hot skillet and fry them in olive oil for 3 min on each side.
