Ground Chicken Cutlet

5 pounds chicken breast or 5 pounds ground chicken
2 large onions
15 cloves garlic
1/3 table spoon ground Allspice
1/3 table spoon ground black pepper
2 table spoon parsley
4 eggs
1 table spoon dill
2 table spoon salt
3 sub rolls or 2/3 Italian bread (soaked in milk)
2/3 cold 2% milk
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
Olive oil

Preparation Time 25 min
Cooking Time: 50 min

Grind chicken breast, garlic, onion and bread soaked in milk through grinder. Add salt, dill, parsley, allspice, black pepper and eggs. Mix well and very gently until uniform. Make round bolls and roll them into Italian breadcrumbs. Place in oiled nonstick frying pan and fry cutlets for 3 min on each side.
