Chicken Tort

Ingredients
5 pounds ground Chicken
1 large onion minced
4 large eggs
8-10 cloves garlic minced
1/2 half Italian bread soaked in milk
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 table spoon parsley
1/2 table spoon dill
2 table spoon salt
1/3 table spoon ground black pepper
1 table spoon sugar
12 OZ tomato sauce (Mid’s mushroom sauce recommended)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet baby Ray’s recommended)
1 cup vegetables ragu (look for recipe in Salads, Pate and Vegetables section)

Timing
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 95 min

Directions
With mixer mince bread soaked in milk, onion, garlic gently incorporate eggs, spices, sauces and bread mixture with ground turkey. Mix well. Spread evenly in Pyrex form 11x16 inches.

Spread mayo evenly on top of meat. Sprinkle with parsley, onion and paprika. Bake at 350°F for 95 min. Serve hot or cold.
