2 medium size sweet onions
1/4 pound smoke bacon
1/4 pound smoke sausage
1 cup saute mushrooms
2 eggs
3 marinated pickles sliced
2-3 table spoons veggie dip (T. Marzetti recommended)
Olive oil

Preparation time: 15-20 min
Directions
FILLING:
Saute sliced onion until golden brown on medium heat in none stick pan in olive oil. Remove from heat.
In the same pan saut? bacon and sausage for 2-3 min and beat in eggs. Work quickly with the spatula to glaze bacon and sausage for 3-4 min. Remove from heat
TORTILLAS:
Prepare tortillas as directed on the package. Spread veggie dip on each tortilla. Place saut? onion, bacon, sausage with eggs in the center of tortilla. Top with mushrooms and sliced marinated pickles. Raise and bend left and right sites
