Ingredients
4 turkey drumsticks
1 large onion
2 large carrots chopped
6 cloves garlic
1 table spoon Parsley
2-3 Bay leaves
6-8 whole Allspice
6-8 whole Black Pepper
1 table spoons Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1 table spoon salt
1 can apricots
1cup duck sauce (Roland recommended)
1 cup sauté mushrooms
4 moist pitted prunes (Sun sweet recommended)
1 table spoon fresh lemon juice
2 tea spoon sugar if needed
Timing
Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time 95 min
Directions
Wash meat.
Place sliced onion on the pot bottom. Add chopped carrots and place turkey drumsticks on top. Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 min and then add all dry spices. 15min latter add garlic, prunes, mushrooms, apricots with juice, lemon juice and duck sauce.
Cook for another 30min.
