Chicken Breast Rullet With Vegetable Filling

Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast fillet split lengthwise
1/3 table spoon salt
1/5 table spoon ground Allspice
1/5 table spoon ground black pepper
1/2 table spoon parsley
1/3table spoon dill
1 medium size onion chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1/3 olive oil
1/3 red wine (Kindzmarauli recommended)
2 table spoon Mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)
1 tea spoon Dijon mustard recommended)
1 cup saute mushrooms (Get recipe in Salads, Pate and Vegetables section)

Filling:
1 medium size onion chopped
2 medium size tomatoes peeled
3 marinated pickles chopped
3 cooked hot dogs chopped
1/3 table spoon Dijon mustard (Maille recommended)
1 tea spoon parsley

Timing
Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time: 50 min

Directions
Wash meat. Sprinkle with salt and all spices and garlic on both sides. Lightly grease Pyrox form with olive oil. Pour olive oil and wine on top of meat. Soak meat in marinate on both sides. For best result marinated for 2-3 hours or overnight. Mix mayo and mustard. Spread mixture over meat on both sides. Place feeling on longest side and roll. Spread mushrooms and onions on top. Cover with foil. Bake 50 min at 350°F

Serve hot or cold.
