Chicken Gizzards With Pineapples

4 pounds chicken gizzards
2 cups water
1 can pineapples
1 can sweet peas (drained)
3 bay leaves
6-8 whole all-spices
8-10 whole black pepper
10 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium size sweet onion
3 medium size carrots chopped
11/3 table spoon salt
3 table spoons Ranch dressing
1 tea spoon old style whole grain Dijon mustard (Maille – recommended)
1 table spoon fresh parsley chopped

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 hour 40 min

Wash gizzards and place them into large pot filled with water. Bring to boil. Simmer for 15 min. Add salt, spices and simmer 25 min on light-medium heat. Add pineapples, onion, carrots, drained peas, garlic, and continue cook for another 20 min. Add Ranch dressing, mustard, parsley and simmer for 10 min. Serve hot with mash potato.
