Sour Sweet French Duck Stew

6 leg quarters duck
1 large onion
2 large carrots chopped
6 cloves garlic
2 table spoon Parsley
3 Bay leaves
6-8 whole Allspice
6-8 whole Black Pepper
1.5 table spoons Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1/3 table spoon Salt
5 table spoons honey
Juice 1/2 fresh lemon
1/3 white vine (Cinzano vermouth recommended)
1 tea soon Dijon Mustard – old style (Maille recommended)
1 package pearl onion.
1 medium size leak sliced
6 moist pitted prunes (Sunsweet recommended)
1 large peeled fresh Granny Smith apple-chopped
2 tea spoon sugar if needed

Preparation time: 20min
Cooking time 75 min

Wash meat.
Place sliced onion on the pot bottom. Add chopped carrots and place duck leg quarters on top. Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer for 30 min and then add all dry spices. 15min latter add honey, lemon juice, apple, vine, garlic, prunes, leak, pearl onion and mustard. Cook for another 30min
