Ground Chicken Tart(Chicken meatlof) with Mushrooms

2 pounds ground chicken
1 medium size onion chopped
2 large eggs
8-10 cloves garlic minced
1 cup cooked rice
1 table spoon parsley
½ table spoon dill
3/4 table spoon salt
1/4 table spoon ground black pepper
4 table spoons mayonnaise
1/2table spoon Dijon mustard
11/2cup mushrooms
Hungarian paprika to taste
Olive oil


2 table spoon mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)
1/3 medium size onion chopped
1/3 tea spoon Hungarian paprika
½ table spoon parsley

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 60-70 min

Mix well ground chicken with cooked rice, onion, garlic, gently incorporate eggs, spices, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and mushrooms. Spread evenly in oiled Pyrex form 11x16 inches.

Spread mayo evenly on top of meat. Sprinkle with parsley, onion and paprika. Bake at 350°F for 60-70 min. Serve hot or cold.
