Sour Sweet Juish Chicken

18 chicken drums (or 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breast or chicken thigh sliced in 2-3 inch)
1.5 table spoons Prodravka (Vegeta recommended)
1/3table spoon salt
3 bay leaves
2 table spoon Parsley
1 table spoon Dill
4 tea spoon sugar
8-10 whole Allspice
8-10 whole Black Pepper
6 moist pitted prunes (Sunsweet recommended)
Juice 1/3 fresh lemon
2 cups tomato-mushroom sauce (Francesco Rinaldi sauce recommended)
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s –original- recommended)
1 large onion sliced
2 medium size carrots chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1/3 of red wine (Kindzmarauli recommended)
1 medium size leak sliced
1 package pearl onions
Optional: a few pieces of rye bread (without crust)

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 60 min

Wash chicken meat.
Place sliced onion on the pot bottom. Add chopped carrot and place chicken meat on top. Add water to cover meat. Bring to boil. Simmer on small/ medium heat for 30 min. Add all dry spices. After 10 min add tomato sauces, lemon juice, garlic, wine, leak, pearl onion, prunes, sugar and rye bread.
Cook for another 20 min.
