Turkey Tort

5 pounds ground turkey – Family size package
1 large onion minced
4 large eggs
8-10 cloves garlic minced
1/2 half Italian bread soaked in milk
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 table spoon parsley
1/2 table spoon dill
2 table spoon salt
1/3 table spoon ground black pepper
1 table spoon sugar
12 OZ tomato sauce (Classico traditional sweet basil recommended)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce (Sweet baby Ray’s recommended)
1 cup vegetables ragu (look for recipe in Salads, Pate and Vegetables section)


6 table spoon mayonnaise (Kraft recommended)
1/2 medium size onion chopped
1/3 tea spoon Hungarian paprika
1/2 table spoon parsley

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 95 min

With mixer mince bread soaked in milk, onion, garlic gently incorporate eggs, spices, sauces and bread mixture with ground turkey. Mix well. Spread evenly in Pyrox form 11x16 inches.

Spread mayo evenly on top of meat. Sprinkle with parsley, onion and paprika. Bake at 350°F for 95 min. Serve hot or cold.
